At 12:26pm, we were alerted to a network connectivity issue in one of our facilities powering Live365. This affected a number of streams as well as access to the Live365 website and Broadcaster dashboard. Network engineers were alerted and began investigating immediately. This appears to have been caused by one of our carriers dropping outbound traffic.
We promptly began shifting traffic away from the affected carrier. As of 12:59pm, service has been fully restored. We'll continue monitoring with upstream providers. Thanks for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.
