Live365 Streaming Server Maintenance, scheduled 12 hours ago

At 1:00 AM ET, Sunday 12/15 (10:00 PM PT, Saturday 12/14), we are conducting mandatory maintenance on one of our primary streaming servers.

Live broadcasts will experience a brief disconnect, autoDJ based broadcasts may skip a track and some listeners may have intermitted problems when trying to tune-in during the maintenance window.

Live365 Streaming Server Maintenance, scheduled 21 hours ago

We will be conducting mandatory maintenance on one of our primary streaming servers shortly, in order to update one of the software components. This will cause a very brief (seconds) interruption on all stations hosted on this particular server.

Please keep in mind that we always recommend restarting your encoder after a maintenance window if you run in LiveDJ mode. Restarting and reconnecting is always a suggested troubleshooting path if you are not hearing audio through your encoder, as it sometimes needs to get a fresh connection to your station. Please open a ticket with us at support@live365.com if you have any questions or concerns about this.

Live365 Streaming Server Maintenance, scheduled 1 day ago

At 4:00 AM ET, Saturday 12/14 (12:00 AM PT), we are conducting mandatory maintenance on one of our primary streaming servers. This maintenance window will last one hour, and streams may be interrupted for about 10 minutes while our engineers conduct their work tasks.

Keep in mind that we always recommend restarting your encoder after a maintenance window if you run in LiveDJ mode. Restarting and reconnecting is always a suggested troubleshooting path if you are not hearing audio through your encoder, as it sometimes needs to get a fresh connection to your station. Live365 Statistics and Reporting Maintenance, scheduled 1 day ago

At 12:00 AM ET, Saturday 12/14 (9:00 PM ET, Friday 12/13), we are conducting an upgrade that may cause intermittent accessibility to listener statistics and reporting during an upgrade the maintenance window. Please note there will be no data loss during this upgrade and we will have multiple engineers working through the upgrade to minimize the impact.

Live365 Streaming Server Outage

As of 12:10 PM ET, this situation has been resolved. Please see the above scheduled maintenance windows, as we still have some work to do on this server. Stations hosted on this server may experience issues with uploading files, and this will also be resolved at the conclusion of the maintenance window starting at 4:00 AM ET.

Update 11:36 AM ET - Our engineering team is continuing to work with this specific server. The configuration of the network card is taking a bit longer than expected, and we're working as efficiently as we can to restore service to this cluster of Live365 stations. We fully understand the urgency in getting this resolved as quickly as possible, and we need to ensure that it's done correctly. The majority of the Live365 network is not affected by this unplanned outage. Thanks!

Update 10:45 AM ET - We've isolated the issue and are working quickly to resolve it. We're swapping out a network card and re-configuring it in order to get the server up and fully running in the immediate future. We'll continue to update here.

Any questions or concerns? Please submit a ticket to support@live365.com . Thanks!

At 10:00 AM ET, one of our primary Live365 streaming servers experienced an issue with it's network cards. Live365 Broadcaster intermittent outage

Update - 6:29 AM ET Our team was able to quickly identify the cause of the instability and resolved it immediately. This was a result of a configuration change, and we believe it affected a segment of station streams as well as the Live365 dashboard interface.

If you were running in LiveDJ mode and you are having issues with your encoder audio or metadata coming to us, please disconnect, restart and reconnect your encoder to ensure you've established a fresh session with our ingest servers.

Thanks for your patience and understanding during this brief period of system performance issues!

At 6:04 AM ET, our monitoring systems alerted us to instability around the Live365 network. Our engineers were alerted immediately and began investigating. We'll keep everyone updated here! Thanks
